It was an attractive building consisting of three bedrooms, two sitting rooms,hall, kitchen, pantry and a small yard wth turf stotre and outside toilet. the first gardener o live here was James Garnier, who was resposible for the lay out and early development of the garden,and the last under Henry was William Comfort."
